Job Description:

  • The role requires extensive experience in the Force.com platform, specifically with APEX and Visual Force.
  • You should have solid implementation experience using Sales/Service/Custom cloud features.
  • Good knowledge of SFDC configuration and mapping features is essential for success in this position.
  • Data migration using SFDC import and export utilities is also crucial.
  • Implementing integration solutions between CRM, ERP, and financial systems is a key responsibility.
  • You must have strong RDBMS knowledge and be able to build SQL queries effectively.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, Ajax, JavaScript, and JQuery is necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology, or Computer Science is required.
  • 4-8 years of experience in software development is preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of Object-Oriented programming languages like Java, Ruby, C++ is desired.
  • Experience with Bootstrap, Angular JS, and marketing tools like Marketing Cloud, Exact Target, Eloqua is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with products like Apptus, Veeva, nCino, Adobe Flex is an asset.
  • Able to handle data management tasks including data load, translation, hygiene, migration, and integration.
  • Proven ability to analyze technical processes strategically and understand inter-relationships.
  • Recommend optimal use/configuration of custom-built solutions to team members or customers.
  • Exemplary commitment to code honesty, modularity, cleanliness, and version control.
  • Familiarity building custom solutions on SAP, Oracle, MS-SQL Server, or other RDMS is beneficial.
  • Understanding of integration platforms such as Cast Iron, Boomi, Informatica, Tibco, and Fusion is an asset.
  • Able to translate customer requirements into functional configuration of Salesforce.com.
  • Proven track record of writing, interpreting, and managing deliverables of consulting engagements.
  • Must be able to think independently and creatively.
  • Aptitude for taking on technical challenges.
  • Awareness of the changing Cloud ecosystem and adaptability to new technologies, methods, and apps.
