Job Title: Technical Drafter Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional with experience using Revit to prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and documentation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create accurate architectural drawings and specifications using Revit
  • Prepare detailed construction detailing and spec sheets
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and team members to ensure design accuracy and feasibility
  • Update drawings based on feedback and design changes
  • E nsure all drawings comply with project requirements, building codes, and industry standards
  • Maintain and organize project documentation for efficient access and reference
Essential Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or related field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience using Revit for drafting and detailing
  • Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices

This role involves working collaboratively with architects and engineers to ensure design concepts are accurately translated into technical drawings and specifications.
