Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge Specialist to join our team at NSDMM Management Services Inc. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of work experience in Front Desk or Customer Service in a hotel or high-end residential building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
  • Respond to resident and guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including resident information and property maintenance requests
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, Mass Communications, or a related field
  • At least one year of work experience in Front Desk or Customer Service in a hotel or high-end residential building
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mature, highly trainable, and well-mannered
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
