About the Role:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to engage target audiences, drive business results, and optimize online presence.
  • Create high-quality visual content, including graphics, videos, and animations, to communicate brand messages and inspire audience action.
  • Edit and assemble recorded raw material into polished, finished products for various social media platforms.
  • Manage editorial calendars, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and maximize online visibility through SEO strategies.
  • Implement and optimize paid advertising campaigns on multiple social media platforms, leveraging deep understanding of advertising tools, audience targeting, and budget optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve performance and drive innovation.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing ability to develop engaging, informative, and inspiring content for diverse audiences.
  • Experience working as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is an asset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English language.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva, as well as video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Filmora.
  • Familiarity with current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and project management skills, with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to adapt to new responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
