Role Description

We are seeking a skilled POD Processor to join our team at Protege Logistics Philippines Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Receiving and validating of proof of deliveries (POD) such as invoices, delivery receipts, pick lists, load manifest, etc.
  2. Preparation of POD for billing
  3. Resolve shipment documents with issues
  4. Recommends steps to minimize issues in POD
  5. Keen attention to details
  6. Able to explain process in details

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
