Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer complaints, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary.   • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
