Job Title: Data Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced data solutions architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative data solutions that drive business growth.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and passion for data engineering to deliver impactful projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop modern data pipelines using Azure cloud technologies.
  • Lead agile software development processes, including roadmap planning and task assignments.
  • Collaborate with development teams, architects, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Mentor junior staff members and contribute to knowledge transfer across teams.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 5-6 years of professional experience in designing and developing data warehouses and ETL tools.
  • Strong experience as an Azure Data Engineer, with expertise in Azure Databricks.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in designing and developing scripts for ETL processes and automation with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and PySpark.
  • Experience with the Hadoop ecosystem and toolset, including HDFS, MapReduce, Spark, Python, Scala, Hive, and Oozie.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, such as GitHub, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
