The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for analyzing data to develop and execute strategies. This role focuses on forecasting supply, optimizing inventory and production plans, assessing future capacity requirements, and synchronizing supply with demand while minimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities:- Forecast and evaluate production volume and efficiencies, setting plans for Grand Parent, Parent Stock, and Specialty Products.
- Coordinate planned purchases and volumes with Logistics, Poultry Breeding Operations, Animal Health Services, Hatchery Operations, and Growing Operations.
- Consolidate actual cycle production volume and efficiencies to benchmark potential production capabilities.
- Align long-range sales requirement plans with potential production capabilities to determine schedules for Grand Parent and Parent Stock purchases.
- Prepare mid and long-range feed requirement forecasts to aid in manufacturing activities, delivery schedules, and purchasing activities.
- Collaborate with Operations Heads, Logistics Services, and Animal Nutrition to validate assumptions on feed forecasting.
- Track poultry live supply based on breeding stock placement, day-old broiler loading, and production volumes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics.
- Experience in planning is an advantage.
- Above-average computer skills and communication skills.
