Sr. IT Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. IT Project Manager to lead and manage the successful planning, execution, and completion of technology projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for collaborating with project owners and stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

You will also assist in the implementation and cascade of project delivery frameworks, as well as contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage technology projects from initiation to closure.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
  • Collaborate with project owners and stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Assist in the implementation and cascade of project delivery frameworks.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience managing IT projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated experience in traditional (waterfall) and agile project management approaches.
  • Leadership experience, including managing cross-functional teams and executive-level sponsors.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certifications: PMP, Agile PM, or Scrum required.
