Job Overview

The role of Access Management Analyst is a pivotal position within our organization, focusing on the governance and administration of user access to various systems and applications. This professional will be responsible for ensuring that all access-related activities are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures, while also maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

  • This individual must have a strong understanding of security best practices, active directory, and keycloak to ensure effective management of user access lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Access Management
  • Process user access requests, changes, and terminations across business applications, Active Directory, and Keycloak.
  • Maintain accurate records of all access-related activities to facilitate audits and compliance reviews.
  • Ensure that all users are granted access in accordance with their designated roles and functions.
Compliance and Audit
  • Conduct regular reviews of access logs to identify potential security risks or breaches.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of UAM-related policies, procedures, and documentation.
Communication and Collaboration
  • Effectively communicate access-related information to stakeholders at all levels, including customers, management personnel, and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and department heads to ensure timely and accurate provisioning/deprovisioning of user accounts.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Active Directory Account Provisioning/De-provisioning.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM tools.
  • Working knowledge of large IT organization operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
