You will work closely with the regional leader to align on productivity status, risks, and opportunities, and develop solutions to address any gaps. Additionally, you will report on global program health, including deployment and productivity.

As an Executive Manager of Financial Operations, you will leverage metrics, KPIs, and existing reporting tools to drive business decisions. You will also ensure compliance and validate the integrity of data in these tools.

We are looking for someone who can understand and communicate monthly financial variance and drivers, as well as coordinate the monthly forecast process with Finance. Your ongoing management of expenditures must be in line with financial commitments.

This role requires proven capability to work effectively in high-pressure environments, interpreting disparate information and formulating recommendations in short periods.
