We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join our product engineering squad.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented software engineer who can contribute to the design and development of modern messaging platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Your primary focus will be on writing secure, reliable, and well-tested code using NodeJS/Typescript programming. You will work closely with product teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations.

You will be expected to take ownership of your work and demonstrate high levels of autonomy. This includes coming up with ideas for improving technical approaches, implementing solutions as proof of concept or actual implementation, and adapting to how our product is used by customers.

In addition to coding skills, you will also be required to participate in code reviews, documentation, and complex bug fixes with a focus on security, performance, and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A proven track record of delivering high quality software to customers
  • Commercial hands-on experience in NodeJS/Typescript programming
  • Experience across the tech stack including software architecture, frontend development, backend development, database systems, and test automation
  • Hands-on commercial experience with NodeJS, TypeScript, Microservices, AWS Serverless, REST APIs, Docker
  • Passion for clean and beautiful code and best engineering practices
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, and other related fields
