Job Opportunity

We are seeking qualified individuals to administer and oversee standardized exams for students utilizing the Zoom platform. This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in education or looking to supplement their income with meaningful work.

Proctoring assignments primarily take place on weekends, following a rotating schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare testing materials and monitor students during their exams
  • Meticulously time students across up to five different exam types per session
  • Observe, take notes, and ensure exam protocols are strictly followed
  • Communicate with headquarters staff when issues arise during exams
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Availability of 4–20 hours on Saturdays and Sundays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM PST
  • Flexibility to accept weekday proctoring sessions is beneficial
  • No prior experience is required — comprehensive training and shadowing opportunities will be provided
  • Prior standardized testing or experience working with middle and high school students is advantageous
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
  • Reliable, punctual, and receptive to feedback
  • Strict adherence to protocol and professional conduct
  • Exceptional written and spoken English skills, as this is a client-facing position
