Marketing Expert Role

This is a remote position that involves managing content in HubSpot and assisting with other marketing-related activities. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in staging content, managing project tasks, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, content staging, or a related field. A strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately are essential for this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Stage and optimize content in HubSpot, including:
  • Website pages
  • Landing pages
  • Emails
  • Blogs
  • Calls-to-Action (CTAs)
  • Ads and social media posts
  • Log and organize customer reviews in HubSpot.
  • Assist in project management tasks, such as:
  • Queueing up deliverables in our project management system.
  • Ensuring deadlines and workflows are followed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Perform miscellaneous marketing-related tasks as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content staging, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or Monday.com).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
