- We are seeking a Customer Support Agent for Sales to join our dynamic team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions.
Job Description:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to valued clients in a full-time role based in Mandaluyong City Metro Manila.
- Answer inbound customer calls, respond to emails, chats, and social media communications with promptness, courtesy, and effectiveness.
- Participate in sales activities including processing orders, handling product information, and guiding customers through the sales process.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure accurate data entry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- College Graduate – No experience required.
- At least HS (Old Curriculum) or SHS (New Curriculum) Graduate.
- With at least 6 months BPO experience or Customer facing Experience.
- Amenable to work on a shifting schedule.
- Can provide proof of education and employment.
