Factory Supervisor

We are looking for a highly skilled Factory Supervisor to join our team at Jollibee Worldwide Services. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our factory floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
• Develop and implement effective production plans to meet customer demands and company goals.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

To be successful as a Factory Supervisor at Jollibee Worldwide Services, you should have:

• A degree in Food Technology, Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least four years of relevant work experience in plant operations, specifically in a food manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
