Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs, inquiries, or concerns and providing accurate and appropriate solutions using scripts and procedures;
  • Maintaining knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to effectively address customer inquiries during the training period;
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience when dealing with challenging or irate customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Amenability to working onsite (office-based)
  • Filipino citizenship or hold relevant residence status
  • Age 18 years old and above
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications will be a plus
  • Candidates must be conversant in English language
  • Strong active listening skills, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers
