Your Role And Responsibilities

You'll participate in various aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support. You will create software that enables clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys.

You'll have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, ensuring applications delivered are high performing, highly available, responsive, and maintainable.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Collaborative Analysis: Work together with architects and technical leaders to analyze feasibility of solutions and propose improvements to comply with architectural standards.
  • End-to-End Involvement: Involvement in every step of the process, from design, development, testing release changes and troubleshoot where necessary.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Drive key discussions with stakeholders and analyze the current landscape for opportunities to operate and code creative solutions.
Requirements

Solid experience in application development using Java Web (J2EE) and REST Web Service.

Experience in Vue.JS, DB SQL (DB2).

Amenable to work on a client-based schedule and in any IBM location.

Bonus Requirements

Proficient in Japanese Language is a plus.

JLPT N1-N3 certification is a plus.
