Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and imaginative copywriter with expertise in adult learning to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of writing for various media formats, including long form blog posts, learning modules, and whitepapers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop clear and compelling copy that informs and instructs for different media platforms.
  • Interpret content briefs to understand task requirements and provide feedback where necessary.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather input for engaging courseware or narratives.
  • Apply feedback from client teams and quality control editors to ensure high-quality output.
  • Partner with client teams to suggest ideas and bring expertise to the table.
Required Skills
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interest in education, adult-learning, and crime and fraud prevention.
  • Ability to transform content briefs into engaging courseware or narratives.
  • Strong research skills and a natural curiosity to learn new topics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with content and learning management systems.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in copywriter/content creator roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English or equivalent experience.
