Job Description

As an HR professional at ThinkBIT Solutions, you will be responsible for managing the various facets of Human Resources. Your role will involve:

  • End-to-end recruitment and staffing management
  • Conducting employee orientations, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Administering employee regularizations, including compensation and benefits
Compensation & Benefits Administration

You will be responsible for administering compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

Payroll & Timekeeping Management

Your duties will include processing timekeeping reports, submitting payroll data to our accountant for processing, and conducting final verification.

Performance Appraisal and Employee Relations

You will manage employee performance reviews, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and administer NTEs, consultations, and memos in accordance with our Code of Conduct.

Employee Engagement and Training

Key responsibilities include budgeting and organizing employee activities, promoting HR programs to create a conflict-free workplace, and helping organize training initiatives.

Policies and General Administration

You will develop and document policies throughout the organization, implement company rules and regulations, and maintain accuracy of employee files and records.
