Job Summary

As Asya's Architect, you will work with talented leaders and colleagues to build and maintain Asya's culture for interior design excellence. This includes innovating and championing world-class designs, creating superior design standards in the market, and winning recognition for our clients and company. You will assist the Design Project Manager and manage clients and projects that will be assigned to you.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all projects seamlessly and effectively.

- Regularly report task updates and project status to the immediate head and/or ID Director.

- Ensure that clients and ID Director's requirements are complied with in a timely manner.

- Perform actual drawings, designs, and detailing excellently.

- Accurately prepare furniture and accessories specifications, bathroom hardware, and door hardware specifications at par with the set standards.

- Prepare accurate SKP models.

- Coordinate with suppliers regarding material samples and specifications of the finishes.

- Perform plan reading and actual drawings, designs, and detailing.

- Draft furniture and accessories specifications, material specification, bathroom hardware, and door hardware.

- Provide options for materials and finishes for the digital swatchboard and submit actual material board as part of the design deliverables.

- Consolidate the archi/ID drawings with MEPFS and other trades.

- Visit job sites, attend client meetings, and assist seniors in warehouse visits.

- Respond to clients' needs and requirements and meet deadlines.

- Exhibit a winning attitude, deliver quality output, and work with a sense of urgency.

- Develop written and oral communication skills, keen to details, client-facing skills, client and project management ability.
