Senior Backend Developer

The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our product team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable backend systems that drive our real-time analytics platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and architect scalable backend systems
  • Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code
  • Optimize applications for speed and performance
  • Implement security and data protection best practices
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration with frontend components


The Skills We Require:
  • 7+ years of experience with Python in production environments
  • 5+ years working with Django REST Framework to build scalable APIs
  • Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including query optimization
  • Deep knowledge of Object-Oriented Architecture and system design
  • Solid experience using Docker for development and deployments
  • Proficient in Git and collaborative version control workflows
  • Comfortable working in Linux server environments, including scripting and basic system tasks
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) is a big plus
