Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our finance team as a Staff Accountant. The ideal candidate possesses an accounting degree and demonstrates a strong aptitude for financial analysis and general ledgers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process high volumes of vendor invoices with precision and accuracy.
  • Record all financial transactions accurately in the general ledger system, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Generate periodic financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide stakeholders with timely and reliable information.
  • Analyze financial data to compile reports and statements, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies, taking prompt action to rectify any issues.
  • Lead or assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, guaranteeing efficiency and timeliness.
  • Manage accruals and prepayments, ensuring accurate recording and timely payment.
  • Provide support during internal and external audits, offering necessary information and expertise.
  • Conduct variance analysis to provide insights into financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial reporting requirements.
