They will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and validating Hub reports, as well as implementing process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance hub productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze hub performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
