Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics Support Specialist to join our global support team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the corporate Dynamics environments are clean, efficient, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze complex business requirements to understand and represent the business platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support existing and new business application needs.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, departmental technical procedures, and user guides on business processes and applications.
  • Foster awareness of current and future initiatives within the organization.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in technology or a related field, or 5+ years of experience in information technology.
  • Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics environments and ancillary systems (Dataverse, Power Apps, etc.).
  • Experience implementing, configuring, and/or customizing Microsoft Dynamics with large/enterprise companies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
