Makati Club Finance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Billing & Collection Supervisor to join our finance team at Makati (Sports) Club, Inc.
Role DescriptionThe selected candidate will be responsible for managing bill payments, preparing consolidated financial statements, and assisting in financial documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
The successful candidate will maintain accurate financial records, perform reconciliations, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. They will also support audits and assist in tax preparation as needed.
Key Accountabilities- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Bill Payment Processing: Manage bill payments, including invoices, receipts, and payment tracking.
- Financial Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Reconciliation and Compliance: Perform regular reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Audit Support: Support audits and assist in tax preparation as needed.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Proven Track Record: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial record keeping and document preparation.
- Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
