We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer with over 5 years of experience to contribute to our product strategy and enhance user interactions.

  • Strategic input and task breakdown for efficient execution
  • User research, participant recruitment, discussion facilitation, and findings presentation
  • Heuristic evaluation, wireframe development, mock-up creation, and prototype building
  • Effective UI copy writing and design system contribution
  • Usability issue identification, prioritization, and improvement collaboration with product managers
  • Design rationale communication in relation to customer feedback and business objectives
  • Cross-functional team collaboration and workshop leadership for inclusive user experience creation
  • Project delivery on time with impact articulation to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of UX design experience with 1-2 years at a senior level
  • Proven experience with low-fi to hi-fi design processes
  • Inclusive environment fostering and cross-discipline collaboration ability
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Commitment to continuous learning and growth
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and Figma expertise

  • Interest or experience in sales channel integration, fulfillment, warehouse management, and/or inventory management systems
