Accounting Professional

The ideal candidate will be responsible for following established accounting standards and implementing day-to-day transactional accounting to produce accurate financial statements. This includes building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, staff, co-workers, and managers.

The successful candidate will have strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel, with experience in month-end close processes, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions. They will be fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills required for analyzing transactions and switching between multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices, apply payments, and reconcile transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform soft reconciliations weekly and hard reconciliations monthly, ensuring accuracy in coding and matching transactions.
  • Prepare and reconcile schedules for various accounts such as AR, AP, payroll accruals, loans, and fixed assets.
  • Assist in managing cash flow by monitoring AP closely and ensuring available cash aligns with financial obligations.
  • Map accounts, sync data, and generate financial reports using TGG templates.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience doing month-end close processes, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
  • Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills required for analyzing transactions.
