Job Overview

The Recruitment Marketing Supervisor is a senior leadership role that oversees the talent attraction functions and team in North America, aligning with the USA/Canada workforce.

This position plays a key role in managing a team that acts like an internal recruitment advertising agency, building and executing talent attraction strategies to fulfill applicant flow and hiring needs of a high-volume and complex recruiting environment.

  • Develop initiatives alongside the talent acquisition team to anticipate upcoming associate hiring needs and maintain awareness of applicant flow requirements.
  • Create comprehensive sourcing plans and drive sourcing efforts to optimize budget and maximize applicant flow to meet client requirements.
  • Analyze data results to evaluate marketing program effectiveness and maximize return on investment.
  • Manage vendor relationships such as job boards, internet media, collateral providers, community partners, job fair organizations, university and workforce partnerships, diversity hiring partners, and staffing agencies.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams, accounting, and finance for accuracy and timeliness in departmental marketing budgets, reporting, and accounting practices.
  • Project manage collateral creation by establishing deadlines, approving creative concepts, and holding vendors accountable for on-time delivery.
  • Supervise, coach, train, and develop talent acquisition marketing staff while contributing personally to team results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels.
  • Creative and innovative talent attraction ideas.
  • Ability to manage a remote team with the ability to work onsite at least once a month.
  • Demonstrated proactiveness, problem-solving, and data-based critical thinking.
  • Experience managing budgets and using advanced Excel.
  • Consultative and collaborative mindset.
