This role involves reconciling claims from accredited providers, coordinating with them to resolve discrepancies, and updating the status of claims in a timely manner.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Claims Reconciliation and Coordination
    • Verify the accuracy of provider sent lists against iCare records
    • Communicate with providers to clarify missing information within 3 days of receiving claims
    • Collaborate with the Claims and Accounting teams for efficient payment processing and posting
    • Monitor progress and update the PPM tracker regularly
    • Support PPM-AM in securing the Certificate of Good Credit Standing
  • Reporting and Task Management
    • Maintain an updated performance tracker
    • Share threat/suspension list information with the PPM Head through the tracker
    • Execute additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  2. Experience in claims reconciliation, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Proficiency in computer software and applications.
  5. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
