About the Role:

As Senior/Lead Architect, you will play a key role in shaping our team's creative vision. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute design concepts into executable drawings and documents in a BIM environment.
  • Supervise team members and workers, ensuring project deliverables are driven forward efficiently.
  • Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
  • Produce shop drawings for in-house fabrication using multiple different materials and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project success.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with current design trends, technologies, and building codes.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Professional license holder.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Architect, preferably with a focus on modern design.
  • Proven proficiency in SketchUp and Revit.
  • Experience with rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape).
  • Track record in developing project design and documentation in a BIM environment.
  • Strong understanding of building codes and construction practices.
  • Excellent design sensibility and attention to detail.
  • Experienced in managing others and developing efficient workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
