**About the Role**

As a Financial Operations Specialist at RecruiterPH, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our regional offices' financial activities. This involves managing financial statements, collaborating with executives, and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Collaboration: Work with regional managers and executives to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
  • General Ledger Management: Oversee the general ledger and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with regional tax regulations and prepare accurate and timely tax returns.
  • Internal Controls: Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Management Accountant (5+ years).
  • Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards.
  • Desirable: experience with Oracle NetSuite and regional/multi-site accounting.
