We are seeking a seasoned Quality Control Manager to lead our BPO operations team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing quality control initiatives and driving results. As a Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting audits, and providing coaching to advisors. Your expertise in quality control and leadership skills will enable you to make a significant impact on our team's performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with established standards* Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions* Provide coaching and feedback to advisors on call quality and other areas of improvement* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements* Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement* Develop and implement training programs to enhance advisor skills* Maintain accurate records of audits, feedback, and recommendations

Requirements
* Min. 2 years of experience in Quality Analyst support in BPO* Must have travel background* Excellent leadership and communication skills* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PPT) and QC tools like Pareto, Six Sigma, FMEA, SIPOC, etc.
