Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and pacing guides.
  • Integrate technology to differentiate lessons, promote student engagement, and deepen understanding.
  • Deliver live virtual lessons synchronously during regular school hours (minimum 4 hours).
  • Evaluate and grade student work to track progress and support student growth.
  • Provide constructive feedback to enhance student learning and growth.
  • Represent the organization's values and mission in all interactions.
Essential Qualifications
  • A valid US state-issued teaching certification in ELA (6-12)
  • Proficiency in utilizing virtual teaching tools and resources

  • One or more years of teaching experience
