Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our IT team and driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs). This role will require strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspirational Team Leadership:
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication among team members.
    • Champion project excellence, allocating resources, monitoring performance, and sharing successes with senior management.
  • Pioneering Generative Technology Transformation:
    • Drive the adoption of LLMs and other emerging technologies to revolutionize our development processes.
    • Explore and implement AI-powered solutions to enhance software development, quality control, and team productivity.
  • Empowering Process and Tool Optimization:
    • Collaborate with senior management to automate processes, accelerate requirement implementation, and select game-changing tools.
    • Cultivate a dynamic development environment where internal stakeholders are empowered to drive change, innovate fearlessly, and thrive in a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering.
    • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Object-Oriented programming (Java, C#.net, JavaScript, Python, etc.) and progressed into a Team Lead role.
    • At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead.
    • Experience in remote work environments.
  • Skills:
    • Significant technical and working experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
    • Working knowledge of transformer models, layers, and the impact of generative AI on software development processes.
    • Understanding of both agile and waterfall methodologies.
    • Strong business acumen.
    • Experience contributing to open-source projects, managing GitHub projects, and submitting pull requests.
    • Strong communication skills.
