Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator

Job Summary:

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the pipeline of inspection projects and scheduling across multiple sites. This role requires coordinating and optimizing project timelines to ensure timely execution and efficiency in operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage the project pipeline for site inspections, ensuring timelines and resource allocations align with project requirements and client expectations.
  • Task Distribution: Distribute tasks among teams based on team availability and skillset distribution.
  • Communication: Communicate with internal teams to resolve gaps in data, delays, or scheduling conflicts.
  • Problem Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot scheduling or production issues, adjusting schedules and workflows as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Information Technology, Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in scheduling or project planning, preferably in high-volume project environments.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
