At St. Catherine Realty Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounting and Bookkeeping Professional who can handle daily financial transactions, update ledgers, and prepare trial balances for review by accountants.

The ideal candidate will have basic accounting knowledge, expertise in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to establish accounts, perform data entry, and understand accounting principles.

The successful applicant will be responsible for recording day-to-day financial transactions, reconciling sales taxes, payroll taxes, and bank accounts at the end of each month.

They will also monitor financial transactions and reports, process accounts receivable and payable, and work with an accountant when necessary.

In addition, they will define bookkeeping policies and procedures, prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing accounting information.

Other key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with local legal requirements, monitoring for variances from the projected budget, and advising management on compliance needs.
