Multimedia Advertising Specialist

This is a performance-focused role that involves creating impactful ads for various platforms. As a key member of the Performance Business Unit, you will help develop data-driven campaigns that showcase creativity and understanding of performance advertising demands.
In this exciting opportunity, we are looking for a designer who can effectively combine data-driven insights with creative vision to produce high-quality ads.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze design briefs and proposals to determine requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary information for project success.
- Conceptualize visuals based on client needs and requirements.
- Develop rough drafts and present ideas to relevant parties.
- Design engaging static and motion ads optimized for paid media channels.
- Evaluate final graphics and layouts for visual appeal, brand alignment, and adherence to design principles.
- Continuously refine designs based on feedback and performance metrics to maximize ad effectiveness.
- At least 2 years of experience in graphic and motion design, with a notable portfolio featuring performance-centric advertising work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience designing for prominent paid media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong knowledge of how design choices influence ad performance, encompassing metrics and testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
