Job Summary

The Compensation and Benefits professional will be responsible for executing the administration of payroll, processing employee benefits, and performing other essential tasks that contribute to the success of our HR team.

  • Execute payroll administration with precision and efficiency.
  • Coodinate with ICT Department to troubleshoot biometric issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of payroll and government remittances.
  • Process separation pay and participate in exit interviews.
  • Notify government agencies of employee separations.
  • Support new employee onboarding, including assisting with their TIN application.
  • Manage loan processes and remittances with SSS and Pag-ibig.
  • Facilitate remittances and benefits claims with Philhealth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource/Psychology/Commerce or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in specialized HR (Compensation & Benefits and Payroll).
  • Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits Skills, HR Systems, and Databases.
  • Excellent Communication and Benefits Computation skills.
