As a Proposal Coordinator, you'll be part of a team that brings humanity to business.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate the development of sales proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.
• Assess requests for proposals (RFXs); contribute to bid strategy and win themes; develop the proposal plan and outline; and complete proposals ensuring thoroughness, accuracy, quality, and layout.

A Typical Day:

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to meet schedules and deadlines. Determine proposal resource needs and schedules based on solicitation requirements and other proposal elements. Maintain relationships with Sales, SMEs, and stakeholders to generate proposals and presentations, including document preparation, coordination, writing, editing, proofreading, compliance, overall quality control, and deadline adherence.

What We Look For:

• 3-5 years of experience coordinating proposal responses, preferably in BPO.
• Experience collaborating with remote teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, research, and time management skills.
• Strong industry knowledge – a deep understanding of the contact center world.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with responsive bid management applications is a plus but not required.
