Job Description

We are seeking a skilled E-Commerce Specialist to lead our online operations and drive business growth. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional user experiences through responsive communication, seamless product listings, and effective problem-solving.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage website performance, ensuring optimal speed and reliability
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information
  • Optimize product listings with detailed descriptions, high-quality visual assets, and precise specifications
  • Develop and maintain relationships with content creators, influencers, and strategic partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement promotional activities, concepts, and layouts
  • Establish competitive pricing strategies based on industry trends and sales projections
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers and logistics providers for timely stock replenishment and delivery
  • Design and execute PPC advertising campaigns and social media engagement initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least one year's experience in e-commerce, website maintenance, and related industries
  • Proven expertise in content, product, and inventory management
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and non-technical best practices
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Amazon, and eBay platforms
  • Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
  • Strong copywriting and editing abilities
  • Experience with Google Analytics for project management and reporting
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with CSS Media queries
