Software Engineer - Performance Marketing Specialist

We are innovating the performance marketing landscape in the legal sector. Our mission is to democratize access to information for individuals who have been injured, connecting them with law firms that can advocate for their rights and achieve successful outcomes.


Main Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to develop and maintain React components for lead generation landing pages.
  • The selected candidate will administer and operate the full web publishing system (websites hosted on Vercel with Builder.io CMS).
  • The ideal candidate will develop and maintain internal applications built on the Retool platform.
  • They will write clean HTML, CSS, and standard JavaScript for quick website fixes on forms and update code to match designs.
  • Collaboration with a small technology team is essential to build tools supporting rapid company growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong background in TypeScript and React is required.
  • Experience with creating SQL tables, updating schemas, and understanding core SQL concepts is essential.
  • The ability to work independently and make recommendations to improve systems and processes is vital.
  • Git experience with GitHub history is necessary.
  • SQL CRUD experience is also required.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills to convey updates before deploying code changes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:
  • Design experience would be beneficial.
  • A marketing (lead generation) background would be an advantage.
  • Python knowledge would be a plus.
