Responsibilities
The Call Center Representative will answer patient inquiries, research and resolve problems, and collect self-pay balances. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in hospital/facility or physician billing, English-speaking proficiency, and experience with GE Centricity or EPIC PB. Strong organizational skills, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to maintain composure when handling difficult calls are also essential.

Working Arrangements
This role requires working onsite and night shifts. The employee must be able to sit, perform manual tasks, operate office equipment, extend arms, kneel, talk, and hear. Mental demands include following directions, collaborating with others, and handling stress. The work environment is usually minimal noise.
