About the Role:

This is a pivotal position where you will develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms to boost reach and engagement. Your creative flair and results-driven approach will be instrumental in crafting compelling content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement targeted social media campaigns on various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase visibility and user interaction.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (visuals, videos, captions, and stories) that aligns with our brand's voice and objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid advertising, and influencer partnerships.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for storytelling.
  • A solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus.
