Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Systems Integration Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction by providing timely and effective support for our global business applications.

Your primary focus will be on Salesforce and Workday, but you may also work with other bespoke applications. You will use your analytical skills to resolve complex problems, take accountability and ownership of technical issues, and interact effectively with users.

Key Accountabilities
  • User Support: Provide timely and effective support for users, responding to queries and challenges, and maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Knowledge Base Management: Create and maintain knowledge base articles in the helpdesk tool
  • Issue Investigation and Documentation: Investigate, analyse, and document reported defects
  • Automation and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate processes within the customer service function
