Main Responsibilities:
  1. Shipments Monitoring: Track shipments in real-time to ensure timely deliveries and identify potential delays.
  2. Carrier Coordination: Coordinate and assign shipments to carriers and drivers.
  3. Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate with drivers, carriers, and stakeholders to confirm shipment status.
  4. Incident Resolution: Troubleshoot operational challenges during night shifts and escalate unresolved problems.
  5. Documentation Maintenance: Accurately update shipment records and incident logs in the system.
  6. End-of-Shift Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed end-of-shift reports highlighting critical incidents and updates.
Skills and Abilities:
  1. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  2. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  3. Attention to detail and sense of urgency.
  4. Adaptability and flexibility.
Essential Qualifications:
  1. Education: High school diploma required; college education preferred.
  2. Experience: At least 6 months of customer service and US logistics operations experience required.
  3. Language: Good English skills; C1 or higher preferred.
Work Setting:
  1. Flexible work schedule following the American Calendar.
  2. Contractor position.
  3. Remote work location.
  4. Competitive salary range (USD 500-650).
