About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Condo Development Project Manager to join our team at SMDC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development of condo projects, from conceptualization to completion.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in overseeing and monitoring the preparation, implementation, and completion of various work stages related to construction projects.

You will also be responsible for identifying and securing applicable permits, clearances, and certifications required during project construction and post-construction stages, as well as facilitating the conduct of pre-bid meetings, clarificatory meetings, submissions, and opening of project work bid packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development of condo projects, from conceptualization to completion
  • Oversee and monitor the preparation, implementation, and completion of various work stages related to construction projects
  • Identify and secure applicable permits, clearances, and certifications required during project construction and post-construction stages
  • Facilitate the conduct of pre-bid meetings, clarificatory meetings, submissions, and opening of project work bid packages

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any engineering field and possessing a valid PRC license or its equivalent
  • A combined 10+ years of project management experience on horizontal and/or vertical developments in established developer companies
  • Three (3)+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills, including the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations
