We are seeking an exceptional individual who possesses a strong understanding of US generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and practices. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for multiple clients and industries, utilizing your expertise in payroll preparation and transaction entry.
  • Analyze accounts to ensure accurate postings and calculate retained earnings with precision.
  • Assist clients with accounting, payroll, and software issues, providing top-notch support and guidance.

Additional Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quarterly and year-end payroll tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the tax/accounting and audit departments to provide critical reports from client information.
  • Prepare annual information returns (1099 & 1096), maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a relevant field is required.
  • US Accounting experience is mandatory, with a strong emphasis on GAAP and best practices.
  • You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
