Senior Civil Designer/Modeler Role Overview

The Senior Civil Designer/Modeler will play a pivotal technical role in project delivery, applying expertise in civil design and modeling to develop high-quality solutions. This position involves designing roads, carparks, earthworks, drainage, utility services, water and sewer systems, and pavements, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project requirements are met efficiently.

This individual will prepare and review detailed civil design drawings, models, and documentation using AutoCAD, 12d, Civil 3D, and other relevant design tools. They will also develop and manage 3D models to support project execution and collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and planners to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and document civil infrastructure to ANZ standards or similar.
  • Develop and manage 3D models to support project execution.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Prepare and review detailed civil design drawings, models, and documentation.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary Engineering qualification.
  • Minimum 10 years of design experience with a background and interest in roads, carparks, earthworks, drainage, utility services designs, pavement design, and related civil infrastructure.
  • Proven skills in design and documentation of civil infrastructure to ANZ standards or similar.
  • Proficiency in industry design software, including 12d, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD.
