  • Manage service delivery supports for APAC IT Infrastructure concerns.
  • Maintain IT infrastructures' primary devices, especially Servers & Storage in APAC Datacenters and remote offices.
  • Responsible for improving and developing IT strategies in providing solutions to clients while maintaining IT standards.
  • Work with the Compliance Team in maintaining the IT Process and Policies. Engage with Auditors during the yearly review of WTW compliance.
  • Maintain Business Continuity of systems and applications in APAC. Disaster Recovery setup and annual testing.
  • Engage with Business Application owners and discuss technology solutions to meet the requirements of their clients.
  • Act as the point of contact in APAC for Project Management involving technology implementations (i.e., Office relocations, Data Migration to On-Prem or Cloud, etc.).
  • Provide assistance in the resolution or completion of complex tickets or tasks.
  • As APAC Platforms & Storage lead, work closely with IT Leaders on improvements and discuss technology solutions that will benefit the business. Monitor Capacity Planning to keep the overall technology systems available.
  • Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise platforms including cloud services, databases, and middleware.
  • Ensure platform performance, reliability, scalability, and security to support business operations and growth.
  • Lead the development and execution of data management strategies, including data governance, data quality, and data integration.
  • Implement robust data architecture and data lifecycle management practices to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
